Refund & Return Policy

We aim to ensure every customer leaves happy. Here's how we handle returns and refunds:

• Service Refunds: No refunds after services are rendered unless reported on the same day.
• Product Returns: Acceptable within 7 days with valid receipt and unused/sealed condition.
• Defective Products: Can be exchanged within 7 days.
• Used Products: Not eligible for return or exchange.
• Payment Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• Appointment Cancellations: Refunds available if canceled 24 hours before.
